“A renovation permit has been issued for the conversion of office space to residential at 688 N. Milwaukee. Planned by Property Adventures Corporation, the existing three-story building stands at the intersection of N. Morgan St and N. Milwaukee Ave.
“Designed by Kennedy Mann, the residential conversion will renovate the upper two floors of the building into 22 apartments.
