Return Policy Overview
Purchases are eligible for replacement or exchange for 45 days. If 45 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a replacement or exchange.
We offer replacement or exchange in the event that the item purchased was damaged during shipment or due to a manufacturers defect. Examples of damage during shipment include crushed posters or broken mugs. In the event that the wrong item is shipped, we are able to ship a replacement item.
Please note that digital downloads are not eligible for replacement or exchange.
To be eligible for a replacement or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Additionally, we require photographs of the damaged or incorrect item which clearly indicate the problem. There is no need to return damaged merchandise to us.
Replacement or exchange are granted at our discretion and based upon documentation provided. There are some situations where requests can be denied.
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Requests beyond 45 days after delivery
After receiving notification of a request for replacement or exchange, we will promptly review your request and notify you of our decision and next steps. We may request additional documentation or photographs to help make the decision.
If your replacement or exchange are granted, the replacement item will be shipped to you promptly at no cost to you.
