The Loop Arts Fest is a day-long street festival closing State Street to vehicular traffic between Jackson and Madison from noon to 6:00 p.m. Presented by the Chicago Loop Alliance, the festival combines on-street activations with amplification of existing offsite programming to showcase the breadth of the Loop’s cultural community.
”The Loop is the heart of downtown, where arts and culture move on the same grid as the city’s business, transit, and everyday life.” (Chicago Loop Alliance)
